Aspira wins Gold - Jan '12

We've always believed that our business is about delivering great service, and that's only possible if you have outstanding people and processes. To help us assess how we were doing and how to improve, we set out three years ago to achieve the Investors in People standard which was duly awarded in late 2008.

We're very proud and delighted to tell you that in December, we were awarded the Investors in People Gold standard. This is the highest recognition and puts Aspira in the top 2.5% of IIP recognised organisations.

The Gold standard is additional recognition for organisations that demonstrate a commitment to the learning and development of their employees and achieve best practice in people management. Whilst there is more work to do in striving to improve our service standards, hopefully this achievement shows the efforts that we're making in this direction.
