Aspira acquires Demna Consulting

Last year we reached an agreement to acquire Birmingham based Demna Consulting.

We are delighted to confirm that on 20^th February 2023 the Financial Conduct Authority approved the change of ownership and Aspira’s acquisition of Demna Consulting can be finalised. This brings together two companies with a shared passion for putting clients and their employees at the heart of all we do.

The acquisition will allow both companies to further develop their customer-offering, and will build on Aspira’s expertise and resources, which are founded on twenty years of providing advice to thousands of clients on the management of billions of pounds of assets.
